ארוחת ערב קצת שונה במסגרת סגר הקורונה..

געגועים לטיולי מדבר… עכשיו כשאין אפשרות לטייל בחול המועד כפי המסורת המקובלת אצלנו במשפחה, מחפשים פתרונות יצירתיים לבילוי משפחתי במסגרת 1000 מטר עם תחושה של חופשה בדרום הארץ.

בערב חג סוכות לאמא כבר נמאס לבשל אז החלטנו לעשות ארוחת חג עם ניחוח קצת אחר, כל אחד תרם את חלקו , אריאל ורותם היו ממונים על הדלקת המדורה – התפקיד החשוב ביותר להצלחת הפוייקה, חשוב שהאש תכלה את כל העצים עד שנוצרים גחלים לבשל עליהם.

היתרון הגדול ביותר של הכנת פוייקה הוא הפשטות שבו. לא צריך לטרוח בהכנת דברים מראש, ארוחה פשוטה בסיר אחד שרק דורשת סבלנות ואהבה.

 

מתכון שתמיד מצליח ומתאים לקטנים ולגדולים כאחד בסיר פוייקה בגודל 2-

מצרכים:

 

למרינדה:

-שליש כוס שמן זית רוטמן כרמי זיתים

-רבע כוס רוטב סויה

-רבע כוס רוטב צילי מתוק

-רבע כוס סילאן

 

 

-שמן זית רוטמן כרמי זיתים

-קילו פרגיות

-שני בצלים דולים

-שני תפוחי אדמה

-בטטה אחת

-שתי חבילות פתיתים

-מלח

-פלפל

-שום

-מרק עוף 

 

אופן ההכנה:

  1. נשרה את הפרגיות במרינדה של סילאן, רוטב סויה, צילי מתוק ושום למשך כשעתיים (או מרגע תחילת הכנת המדורה)
  2. נחמם את סיר הפויקה עם שמן זית ישראלי
  3. נטגן את הבצל עד להזהבה
  4. נוסיף את הפרגיות עם המרינדה ונמשיך בטיגון עד שכל הפרגיות משנות את הצבע אבל לא מוכנות לגמרי.
  5. מוסיפים את שאר הירקות והתבלינים מכסים במים ומביאים לרתיחה.
  6. לאחר כ 15 דק (יכול להיות יותר) נבדוק את ירקות השורש, במידה והם כמעט מוכנים – נוסיף את הפתיתים ולא נערבב הרתיחה כבר תערבב את הטעמים.
  7. נוסיף מים לכיסוי הפתיתים ועוד קצת ונבדוק את התיבול.
  8. לאחר כ 10 דק נבדוק את הפתיתים ונוסיף מעט מים במידת הצורך.

כאשר הפתיתים מוכנים – נוציא את הסיר מעל הגחלים ונעביר בזהירות בעזרת כף את הפתיתים לקערה, כך נוכל להגיש לילדים צלחת עם בשר עוף ולצידו פתיתים. (ולא ערבוביה של אוכל)

 

שימו לב! – להימנע מערבוב האוכל בפויקה ככל הניתן, ולאחר הוספת הפתיתים לא מערבבים כלל!
