3\1 כוס של שמן זית (ממליץ על ברנע לאפיה)

 

לרוטב:

בצל קצוץ

שלוש שיני שום קצוצות

שתי עגבניות בשלות קצוצות

200 גרם עגבניות מרוסקות

כוס מים

2 כפות סוכר לבן

פלפל שחור גרוס

מלח

פפריקה מתוקה

 

לתוספות למעלה(אופציונלי):

גבינת מוצרלה עברי

גבינת פטה עברי

בטטה אחת חתוכה לפרוסות

קישוא אחד חתוך לפרוסות

שמן זית איכותי רוטמן כרמי זיתים

מלח

זיתים ירוקים

 

אופן ההכנה:

הבצק:

בקערת המיקסר נערבב את הקמח והשמרים היבשים, נוסיף את המים, המלח והשמן ונלוש בעזרת וו לישה כ7 דקות עד שמתקבל בצק אחיד ונוח לעבודה.

נכסה את הקערה בניילון נצמד וניתן לבצק התפחה של בערך כשעה עד שמכפיל את נפחו

 

נתחיל להכין את הרוטב:

נחמם בסיר כמה כפות שמן זית, נוסיף בצל ונטגן עד להזהבה, נוסיף את השום ונמשיך בטיגון

לאחר כמה דקות נוסיף את העגבניות הקצוצות ואת המים ונבשל עד לרתיחה.

נוסיף את העגבניות המרוסקות ואת התבלינים ונשמשיך לבשל לעוד כ5 דקות על אש קטנה.

 

נחזור לבצק:

לאחר תפיחה ראשונה נלוש שוב את הבצק כמה דקות ונעביר בחזרה לקערה לתפיחה שניה- בערך כשעה עד להכפלת הנפח.

בינתיים נתחיל להכין את התוספות, נחמם תנור ל220 מעלות ונחתוך את הבטטה והקישוא לפרוסות דקות, נסדר בתבנית פיירקס, נמזוג מעל שמן זית ומלח ונכניס לתנור לבערך 15-20 דקות עד שהירקות מתרככים.

אחרי שהבצק תפח בשנית נתחיל בהכנת הפיצות, נחמם את התנור לחום גבוה , ונחלק את הבצק ל3 חלקים.

לפיצה הראשונה לילדים- התחלנו ברידוד הבצק לבצק דק והנחנו על מגש קרמי לפיצה (של ענת) מעל שמנו את הרוטב שהכנו קודם לכן, פרוסות מוצרלה, פיזרנו זיתים ירוקים והכנסנו לתנור ל 15 דקות.

לפיצה למביני עניין- התחלנו ברידוד הבצק והנחנו על מגש קרמי, מעל שמנו את הרוטב שהכנו קודם לכן, פרוסות מוצרלה, גבינת פטה , זיתים ירוקים, ואת הבטטות והקישוא שהכנו קודם. הכנסנו לתנור ל 15 דקות לערך.
