אופן ההכנה:
הבצק:
בקערת המיקסר נערבב את הקמח והשמרים היבשים, נוסיף את המים, המלח והשמן ונלוש בעזרת וו לישה כ7 דקות עד שמתקבל בצק אחיד ונוח לעבודה.

בינתיים נתחיל להכין את התוספות, נחמם תנור ל220 מעלות ונחתוך את הבטטה והקישוא לפרוסות דקות, נסדר בתבנית פיירקס, נמזוג מעל שמן זית ומלח ונכניס לתנור לבערך 15-20 דקות עד שהירקות מתרככים.
אחרי שהבצק תפח בשנית נתחיל בהכנת הפיצות, נחמם את התנור לחום גבוה , ונחלק את הבצק ל3 חלקים.
לפיצה הראשונה לילדים- התחלנו ברידוד הבצק לבצק דק והנחנו על מגש קרמי לפיצה (של ענת) מעל שמנו את הרוטב שהכנו קודם לכן, פרוסות מוצרלה, פיזרנו זיתים ירוקים והכנסנו לתנור ל 15 דקות.
